I was ready for another scrap afghan, to use up some odds and ends from Adam & Jean's Wedding Afghan, and a few of those half -price skeins from the moving sale spree. I decided on a ripple afghan from American School of Needlework's "The Ultimate Book of Scrap Afghans" called "Points of Interest." This was mostly crocheted during our road trip to Fort Collins for the NIA show. I remember carefully calculating which colors I needed in my crochet bag during each leg of the trip, as the other skeins would be unavailable in the trunk until our next stop. |
